I'm a new stockist. How do I get started?
If you are interested in carrying our designs please register for a new account on the wholesale page, and we will quickly review it and get you approved ASAP. In an effort to keep it easy and convenient for our stockists we've added a place at the bottom of the application to directly upload your resale certificate. It's a one step application process. Easy peasy.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Nope! Plain and simple.
How do I see the wholesale pricing?
To get started and view the pricing just create an account by filling out the short stockist application. We will take just a few minutes to approve your account and then you'll be off and running! Once your account is approved you will have access to all pricing and the shopping cart feature. From there checkout is a breeze.
Why do I need to email a copy of the resale certificate?
In order to follow tax regulations we require a copy of the resale certificate issued by your state. It allows us to not charge you (the boutique) sales tax on the wholesale items. An extra step, we know (insert eye roll) but it keeps us all on the up and up. It's only necessary before you place your initial order, so once we have it on file we won't need it again.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will take an average of 2-6 weeks to produce. Everything is handmade to order so patience is the name of the game. We source our materials from all corners of the globe so some pieces will have longer lead times than others. Keep in mind that lead times will also vary by season. If we expect delays for any reason with your order we will reach out to notify you. Likewise, if you have any concerns or have a last minute bride needing a rush please let us know. Communication is key. Feel free to reach out to check the status of the order anytime!
How will my order ship?
All domestic orders will ship via USPS Priority 1-3 day service with tracking (rates are between $9.00-$15.00 on average). International orders will ship via USPS Priority International 6-10 days and also include tracking (rates are between $25.00-$55.00 on average). Our international customers are responsible for any and all customs fees and import charges.
Can I request customization?
At this time we are not offering customization options on our designs or changes to individual pieces. We do offer various ribbon options for most designs which can dramatically change the look of the piece, so that will allow your brides to make it their own.
Will each piece ordered be identical to the stock piece?
Yes and no. We strive for exact replication of each and every piece and they will all have the same elements and design. However, due to the handmade process small differences can be expected, especially when working with dyed elements. Every bead in each piece is placed by hand, so exact bead placement will vary slightly.
Do you offer collaboration with boutiques on new designs?
Yes! We love partnering with our stockists on new ideas and designs. You know what brides are asking for and the types of pieces that would pair perfectly with the gowns you stock, so we'd love to collaborate to make those new concepts come to life. We are, however, not offering exclusivity in regards to new designs so if you'd like to collaborate those designs will also be available to our other stockists (in other words, we share the prettiness and encourage community over competition:). If you are interested in working on a new idea please shoot us an email and we'll chat. Two (or more!) creative heads are always better than one!
Do you accept returns?
Nope! Each piece is made to order so once those items ship they are yours. We know brides change their minds and even gowns at times resulting in accessory changes too, but once it's ordered it's theirs (we'll leave that difficult conversation to you). If you have absolutely any concerns with your order in regards to design, quality or damages please reach out to us and we'll take care of you.
Where are your pieces made?
Everything is 100% designed and created in our studios in Portland, OR and Huntsville, AL.
Do you offer rush orders for last minute brides?
YES! If we have the materials in stock to create the piece (or if we can get them quickly!) we will happily accommodate rush orders. Please reach out to us prior to placing the order to verify we can rush it for you.
Do you loan out pieces for promotional and styled shoots?

I'm a new vendor. Are any discounts available for building my stock?
Yes! Let us know you are interested and we'll happily send you a promo code for a discount off your initial stock order. There is no maximum on that order, but each piece must be different. Discounts are not retroactive.
